Does Mitsubishi pay market rates? I own capstone too, and cs always sells at higher prices than copper mountain. It appears there is an off take agreement between cmmc and M that averages out the price over the quarter with a small discount.

Anyone know?

M did not put in capital, it has, subject to a fee, guaranteed cmmc debt. That guarantee as important when cu trended down to 2 bucks, but today with the bond offering M gets the benefit of the relationship a steady source of cu for its smelters.
