that is part of it  and for two years they said they would  start an NCIB or should I say CNIB ... in that two years the only thing that has increased was thier warrants... they pay themselves before shareholders...  until that changes the SP will be stuck .. remember when these guys started what the SP was $10 or so... so they give themselves a performance warrants when they hit $6 ? After droping double digits  Makes sense huh ???   Is there such a thing as a non performance warrant ? If so these guys would be loaded ...
