RE:RE:Well's NRI think it is very likely that if and when WELL is sold, that each division will be sold separately as multiples applied to each divsion is totally different. I think the NR was trying to simplfy the operations of WELL by dividing the operation into two parts. If each part can show organic growth and margins that are above the industry standard, then they can be sold. Truth is not one knows if there will be a merger and then a Nasdaq listing, or a sale of a company to a much larger (US) outfit...finally I agree with you about the NEED for some exciting simple news like " NASDAQ listing or Merger with XX company at USD 10/share. I think TDOC's spike today, combined with RBC's favorable report shows that Digital Health is not dead but rather we are enering a favorable season where only the profitable will survive and perhaps some merge to form powerhouses.
