Pro Forma Q4 thinking

Pro Forma Q4 thinking RebeccaG, You know CHAL bought Homegrown and Fifth and Root in Q2, the cost shows up on the balance sheet immediately, but the revenues and cash flows are only recorded from the date of purchase. Similarly, you know CHAL bought Cannabliss late in Q3. The cost will show up on the 9/30 balance sheet, but the revenues and cash flows will show up for only 15 days of the quarter.

So RebeccaG, you know that the numbers on Yahoo, even assuming they accurately report on the data available on SEDAR, and even though the SEDAR numbers are prepared in accordance with GAAP, do not reflect the value of the acquisitions in full quarter revenue recognition. And Yahoo has no numbers on Q3.

If you read the publicly available information, and interpolate what Q3 and Q4 should look like, your pessimism may change. In the meantime, please stop showing us how inexperienced and "rookie" you are.
