RE:RE:73 centsI think the decline in price to 72/73 more reflects some additional uncertainty about whether the deal gets done or not. Sellers that want certainty will take a few pennies off the table and speculators aren't as willing to bid 74/75. 

SparkyAg, curious your thoughts after reading the circular? 

I think at the moment there is a 65% chance the deal gets done at 75, a 20% chance it get done at 75-85 cents, a 10% chance the deal fails to get sufficient votes, and a 5% chance that a new bid surfaces.
