Shorts aren't dumb...they know the RSI is low and way oversold....so smart money covers and moves on.....it could just a easy shoot up to $15.....all that matters is where it is when banking comes available and we all know that its in a lot of USA already and just needs to be legalized....just a matter of time and CURA will the a (the) big player :)
