Honestly that was just the updateFirst RS is approved so is telling shareholders if this ever goes to 5 cents it will happen and crash it againg, if it continues down eventually they will ask for the permision anyways when money dries up. There is nothing about operation, expantion just nothing but the first admited crash in England.
