What is a Non-Brokered Private Placement?I just did a quick search on Google. For people who do not know what a Non-Brokered Private Placement is, please see the definitions below:
'In a non-brokered private placement, the investors place their money directly with the company. This saves a lot of money on fees for the company. Non-brokered financings are typically done by companies with access to good contacts and networks. They have “reach,” so they don't need to pay a broker.' and
'Non-brokered private placement takes on most of the characteristics of a traditional private placement. The only major difference is that in a non-brokered private placement, a company's investor relations department sells the stock (or other security) directly to investors. By doing this, the company can forgo the fees and hassle of hiring a broker (often an investment bank) and maintains more control over the selling process.' I'm holding tight and am not selling any of my 100,000 shares in Playgon Games Inc. I am also looking forward to reading the upcoming news releases and quarterly earnings reports over the next 1, 2, 3, and 4 quarters. GLTA
