RE:COP26 aims to banish coal

There is not much hope to reduce Co2 emissions with Asia producing so much of it.

Meanwhile Canada is obsessed with it's reduction when it contributes only 1.8% of CO2 emissions.

Make any sense ??

It Asia China/India can't stop and reduce when they are they major contributors, then is a lot of this politics?
