(SNC.TO) on Friday booked a third-quarter attributable net income from continuing operations of $18.6 million, or $0.11 per share, improving from a year-ago loss of $8.8 million, or a loss of $0.05 per share.
Adjusted attributable net income from professional services and project management totaled $40.4 million, or $0.23 per share, swinging from a year-ago adjusted net loss of $2.5 million, or a loss of $0.01 per share.
Total revenue grew to $1.81 billion from $1.78 billion and adjusted EBITDA from PS and PM sank to $115.8 million from $140.3 million.
SNC-Lavalin declared a dividend of $0.02 per share, payable Nov. 26 to shareholders of record on Nov. 12.
The company reaffirmed the outlook for its engineering services segment, with revenue for full-year 2021 expected to increase by a low single digit percentage year over year due to current currency rates.
