In particular, no shares may be purchased if Nickel 28 has material information that has not yet been communicated. Nickel 28 is considered an insider when buying back shares. Purchases made in the previous month must be reported by the 10th day of the month. Also, buybacks are limited to 25% of the average daily volume.
