said that no one can buy ... that's why stock hasn't moved ...

BS !!!

there are trades. retail may not be able to buy, but brokers, mm's, funds, etc. can buy --- if they wanted to... and retail can sell... i have sell orders in as i write this

obviously, very few "smart money" investors (non-retail) are buying 
STILL VERY VERY LITTLE VOLUME
STOCK "JUMPED" FROM .002 TO .003 - please don't tell me that's 50%

this is still a POS. the news is extremely likely to be more bs.

and i don't know if it has even moved my confidence level even 1%

BUT, IF IT WERE TRUE ... 
the good news is ... i'm not interested in buying, even if it were true ... and the pps / volume would so significantly increase if the news turns out to be true, that i'll finally be able to sell my shares for a profit and never have to read this mb ever again
