That could be true for more than just him and the people who might know something about how things are going in that trial, at least in a manner that would prevent them from trading, might not include the board of directors.
So Christian and his staff may be prevented from trading but perhaps not everyone at TH at this point.

Nope you can argue that a lot of things at THTX are not going the way you would like but illegal insider trading is not something that would happen
