Marathon ignored the concerns expressed many months ago. "Complied"? give me a break - if they actually did comply we would not be having this discussion. When dealing with environmental issues, a miner has to go well beyond what was expected. They obviously did not and in fact it would appear that they fell way short. I replaced the $3.71 shares i sold a while back with $3 ones on Thursday and I am now kicking myself for doing so. I was pretty sure they were not going to drop the ball on the EIS but....
