RE: the fight for Panuke Gas

RE: the fight for Panuke GasWhat is the maximum capacity of a Cosselle? I would think that it would be very difficult to transport 400 mmcf/d by boat(s), regardless of the capacity. Panuke would need site storage for the compressed gas before it is transferred to Cosselle, and site storage on an offshore gas platform is at a premium. Also, significant time factor in "loading" and "unloading" a Cosselle would be involved when compared to just pushing the gas down a pipeline. this time factor would add to the on-site storage requirements. IMO, volumes stated are way too high for Cosselle technology at this time. Additional offshore and onshore pipeline capacity is probably the most cost effective way to go.
