It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

There goes ol' Binky talking about write downs again. Of course ZERO evidence is provided for this, but what the hell, bashers gotta bash.

As far as the Director selling shares - what she sold is a small fraction of what she holds. We do not know her personal life, or her motiations in selling. As has been pointed out, she has as much right to sell as any one of us.
Yes, the timing is poor for the optics, but life does not revolve around stock earning reports. If she needed the cash, she needed the cash. Nothing to see here.

Now, if a number of insiders sold ...
That has not happened, so no worries.
