My gut feeling is share holders will get nothing.  Why would any company agree to pay more then is owed to the bank and lean holders. .  


Harte is in no position to negotiate anything. Steve took away all Harts power when he refinanced a deal and Hegel 80000 oz for 1400.00

AISC still 2500

ill be surprised for share holders to get anything.
