If they are serious and follow current trends such as with google , facebook and tesla , It will be a matter of conversion rather than dilution , ie reverse split , convert common stock to class a stock, guaranteed conversion of say 4 common to 1 class a , preferd dividend and voting rights,
all kinds of things can be adjusted for , than issue new shares fot the fpo..
, its up to the board of directors and the powers that be.
It helps separate the investors from the traiders ,as class a can only be converted not traided ,
Normaly once converted they cant be bought back.
Helps RR and Don from shooting themselfs in the foot. Along with protecting the boad members intrest in the company..
So dilution really doesn't play into it , thats just a term to scare small time investors,
Like I said before if Don puts this together it will be a big feather in his hat..
