Shareholder Vote is moot if indeed the shareholder

Shareholder Vote is moot if indeed the shareholderresolution comes from the Control Trust and if indeed 97% of the votes.

But if the Supreme Court can this quickly hear and decide on the case, then a VOTE need not take weeks to implement.     IMHO, a vote could be done in just days.

And again, why does the company Rogers view that removing Edward as Chairman without shareholder vote valid but removal of other board members  invalid and require a shareholder vote????

All just my opinion/view/thinking/wondering
