RE:Surprises meWow, catching up on the comedy club here is getting tiresome but thought I would reply to a post that hit home. Why do most insiders own so little, if any, shares. I have begged the company, with too much cash to be trusted, to buy back shares. They have refused. So, apparently, they see some other opportunities that are better than us, trading at a fraction of NAV. My guess is that the cash will be wasted as usual on self dealing arrangements, with fees and commissions going to themselves or the cash will be used to finance themselves going private. The fact the insiders aren't buying leads me to think there is no reason to own the stock. They aren't buying back stock because they need the cash for something else. What? Sad to see executives become crooks but I am seeing less and less reason to believe in them. I still can't bring myself to sell at these ridiculous prices. But I will be looking for news soon or the hammer of karma to come down on these bags of schitt.
