What % do they Own in VRAR

What % do they Own in VRARTrying to figure out how many shares Victory owns of Vrar/immersive Tech, as far as I can figure out their web site portfolio list says they own 80%, I am assuming that is before the last div. 
With the share price of one of their assets going up so much I would think it would be a good idea for the company to communicate this to the general market .
