You tell me why they are not getting recongized? 
They have $3,000,000.00 in the bank
They have less than 30 employees
They have over 40 properties 
Thay are at book value of $0.125 /share trading @ $016 /share
Without considering their properties
No one is following this becuase for the past 5 years the stock really hasn't moved above $0.24 /share.

Just one factor 

Lets look at XGM
No money in hte bank a huge debt load but is moving up why?
GRNQ just got a huge buy rating from a huge Guru again make no money
has enormous debt loads.  

SPIR another spac play again no earnings huge debt loads but anotherr GURU giving it a huge Buy why?
