Robot style so to speak, there is no flow to the tone in which he delivers his speech, therefore he fails to capture the audience. Today all I could do is count and focus on just now much he muttled through that speech.
After all he is the oldest President ever to sit in that throne!

Chevy Chase routinely mocked him on Saturday Night Live, and there was even apparently a running joke at the time that Ford's vice-president was just a banana peel away from the presidency.
