RE:Finger on the pulse orAin't it just disgusting geo? These con_people will just walk away and keep on trucking like nothing ever happened!quote=geodcan]under someone's thumb.

Tinley has market maker written all over it.  I realize it takes some time for a new ceo to get the ghist of what is going on and even longer to turn it around but it almost looks like our new/old guys have thrown in the towel.

I guess we are going to see who has morals and reputation to protect, or not!

Some see a roll back of shares.   I don't think we are there yet.  From my experience that is the death knell of junior companies.  I have been burned many times by share consolidations and don't remember one going well, ever.  In fact as far as I am concerned it is just a method to rip off the shareholders.

I hope we aren't going to continue with the silent treatment as was Jeff's promotional effort.

Tinley has done a lot of things right imho but they haven't given shareholders any sense of security.

I was fearful that if Tinley couldn't make positive progress that the residue, the recipes, licenses and bottling facility would be nice spoils for them that hold all of those "free/cheap" shares.

Some of these junior companies can be dirty little affairs when the ulterior motive is to tank the company and pick up the pieces.

I can't help but wonder where the balance is with our newly designated management.  It does seem like Rick really holds the aces as far as the LB facility.

Beverage bottling is supposed to be more lucrative than pushing our own formulations and if we can believe the rhetoric in this regard.  They suggested that the minimum fee for supplying this service is 50c which requires some math projections of 50c times how many skus we can run and what our cost is to provide these.  I heard 12 million units/annum for a 8 hour shift x 3 if we have enough demand to run it around the clock and multiples of that with the other canning line and minis or petuloids.

Best case scenario is that after the bills are paid, there might be enough to provide some exorbinant restitution for the lucky recipients of the spoils.

I can't help but think that maybe our skus aren't market winning and we are all aware of the extensive time waste to get our facility doing what it is designed to do, so that we can co-bottle our competion's skus.

I can also imagine that if our facility is banging on all cylinders that one of the LPs or US MSOs might want us for rapid establishment of bricks and mortar in California or another interested party like a pharma co. or water bottler or whoever!

Hindsight is 20/20 and we will see whether reputations are worth saving or the spoils are enough to foresake reputations!
