RE:RE:MEDV to list on NASDAQ minimum price $ 4/share They have 12 months form date of approval to authorize consolidation of shares.

They are not going to do it for less than 26 cents per share as they need NASDAQ listings.   My guess is when we hit 50 cents they may do a 1 for 10 split to bring it to $ 5.00 per share.

At that time we will have 40 million  shares outstanding. 

When a stock is listed on NASDAQ it can trade many multiples the intended the IPO, so say we do an IPO at $ 5 per share, stock can open up at say $ 30 per share.

We are in for an exciting time.

I just wish that you would see the light and not the constant darkness.
