Current C21 Price C21 is yielding about 17% on an after tax cash flow basis at these prices based on a trailing 12 month numbers. Given that the organic expansion will start flowing into the P&L in Q4 then the math is looking pretty good. Previously the company said that the organic growth would generate USD17 million on an annualised basis. The bulk of this 17 million is going to be free cash flow. That means the annualised after tax cash flow yield is going to be in thr 20% range if not 30% range next year at these prices.
Not only do I think this stock looks crazy cheap, the company chairman does too. He has been buying down at these levels.
