Air Canada Rouge is Air Canada's leisure carrier.

The bounce WILL NOT LAST

Simply a very short term bounce that will not hold because the sector will not return to normalcy in the next 3 years. They might avoid bankruptcy as a market correction takes shape, but they will not be a profitable operation for a long time. For investors, there are ZERO reasons to park their money on a struggling company. Buy good quality dividend stocks instead.
