Potential lawsuit over Woodlands.This was from yesterday's commision agendas.
There was a meeting to discuss lawsuit strategy. As I said a couple posts back, I could not see how this file would not end up in litigation. 13th Floor requested a postponement at the last regular meeting. It was refused, despite the planning board not going final on the site plans.
The public meeting date was set for Nov 10. I doubt it will now occur.
