I am sure Carlito would sell if he could...and will.

But for now he owns alot of shares and the stock has low volume. So he is trapped,

Until they announce another aquisition and volume picks up temporarly, it is hard for him to get out.

I am sure there are many large investors who feel the same. Keep an eye out for Bruce Campbell as well, to see if he gets tired of watching his investment tank.

HME is an unprofitable business that needs a reimbursement raise.( Per ISFCA article.) I would not hold my breathe waiting for one, as Gov't works pretty slow and doesn;t care. IMO
