they pulled a fast one for a financing and haven't had a significant non fluff piece of news since. That in and of itself is just akin spitting in investors faces.
they haven't spun out dialco as promised
they don't have a partner that they claimed they would have for Dialco.
no news on continued "heightened enrolment"
no start of dimi trial
Did not live up to promise of 15 hospitals by end of Q3
investor presentation says 60% enrolment for PMX by DECEMBER but on clinicaltrials.gov it's slated for March (I bet that will get moved too).
literally can not get the company to pick up their phone which actually aside from here does not exist anywhere else. Even the worst of companies have someone for investors to talk to. Most of the time the CEO does it to save on cost but in this case they can't even spend 50k on a recent grad.

...EDT seems like a good bet with it being 35% off the financing price, and 50% off the price it was trading at, in the days leading up to the latest bought deal financing by AGP...all with quite heavy insider participation.
A few good things have happened since we last traded at these levels in 2018 and 2017
For example I believe that the last time we traded at these levels ... was well before:
- Baxter distribution contract (derisking of Tigris, and cost covering)
- Kellum hired as CMO
- "Confirmatory" Phase 3b, 2:1, baysian, open label Trial
- SAMI FDA & HC approvals
- Golden Hour seminal article by Ronco (advocating for EAA and PMX-HP)
- World Sepsis Alliance talk & keynote acknowledgement of Spectral at Vincenza
- US presidential push towards Home Dialysis
- Outset and NxStage valuations of > $ 2B for their HD pumps
- Possibe benefit of PMX in treatment of Covid recently acknowledged by Kellum
- Lots more RWE for PMX-HP
- some dosing rationale on why the Euphrates results could have been better even outside the new target sub-group (filter capcity, duration, # filters, etc.)
- a demonstrated appetite for blood filtration devices in the US (se AEMD and CTSO) - even ones far less advanced (in terms of FDA approval) than Spectral.
Nothing else negative has happened that I can determine, other than a continuation of the silence.

I'll admit. Should have phrased that better.
I should have said....
What negative event has befallen the Company that reduces it's LT potential? Is their lack of promotion, and or execution delays a negative event that will alter the final outcome of the game? I doubt it...as annoying as it is.
100 % agree regarding what you have pointed out and the resultant lack of support for the share price
- delays (Covid, yada, yada)
- almost zero promotion/ telling of the story (I mentioned silence)
- delays (US Listing can kicking year after year)
- enrolment delays (used to be Covid excuses, now what?)
- delays (Covid, SAMI proposals out there, yada yada)
- 15 hospitals? - nothing official despite promises
- delays - DIMI start Q3?
- IR In Canada and US seemingly very elusive and ineffective
- delays (Covid, yada yada)
The above I have highlighted in my posts, many many times. The inaction on most or all of the above leads to shareholder frustration and ultimately leads to SP decline (hey therein lies an opportunity for some - but that's for another post) . But does it mean ultimate failure?
Delays and underpromotion DO have a BAD consequence that I should have mentioned...they devalue a Company's currency in the short term, resulting in more dilutive financings as they progress (albeit at a snails pace) towards their goal (of two key FDA approvals). low SP raises, mean more shares need to be issued, which means less long term cash flow (the fundamental basis of all share prices) is distributed on a per share basis to each shareholder.
But again - I reiterate. Other than the dilution effect (bad I agree) what has changed fundamentally that would devalue the assets when and if FDA approval is obtained for both PMX and DIMI? Has the probability of ultimate approval increased or decreased since 2018?
Try to stick to the facts rather than making it about various board personalities. Nothing weaker than lame posts that attempt to discredit the messenger versus debating the facts.
