This is an excellent post, Junot21. It indicates some of the rights of shareholders, and mentions the 10-day mandatory tendering extension period required if the bid is successful, as I stated in a recent post.

It also reminds people that they have the right to cancel their tender of shares prior to the closing date of the tender. They can get them all back without penalty if they change their mind. So if you have tendered and are having second thoughts, you can still reverse your tender.
