Auxly Ottawa Inc. holds licenses for cultivation and processing and conducts the Company’s primary dried flower and pre-roll manufacturing.

You're dreaming. IMB will buy XLY? More like XLY will default on its debt when it comes due, and IMB as principal creditor will end up owning XLY for that $100M loan they made to the company. Of course, existing XLY shareholders will be wiped out. PS: I am long IMBBY.
