Many have been harping to get rid of it, and one of the pluses since no structure is perfect as he stated, the present structure is helping to keep the Head Office of Bombardier right here in Canada which reminds me in answering to all the Canadian critics of this structure...
"Be careful what you wish for " Rogers has a similar structure.
But I would think, since Bombardier is global, having Bombardier governed elsewhere would be much more considered by whomever took it over.
