Was mgmt fraudulent or gross malfeasance, was the Feasaibilty Study doctored?, why did the CFO,an Oxygen Capital Partner, not alert the BODs much sooner with the operational deficiencies? Should the CFO and O'Dea resign? So you poor mgmt, conflicts of interest with PGM BODs and Oxygen Capital, a complex mine to extract ore, mgmt who does give a *hit, mgmt that stretches the truth, mgmt that constantly needs capital every six months. But Ms Belanger will fix all this and have JDS working 16 hours a day seven days a week to get things back on track. She will supply the technical expertise to the contractors.
