Nice trade at 15:59:59 (1 second before closing) 500 shares at 15.5 cents.And it is like this for the most part. I don't have access to the historical closing trade at around 15:59:59, but I can see that only 1K or 500 shares determine the closing price. DEFINATELY PLAYED BY MARKET MAKERS OR MANIPULATORS.
