RE:RE:RE:Sublt this Miguel Auza Litigation Stock $1.70

RE:RE:RE:Sublt this Miguel Auza Litigation Stock $1.70Silver, some of the directors you listed are gone, including the old fart Andre. As for the other lawyer, he maybe  sh-----ng his underwear because of the litigation fiasco and he may be on his way out too.

I took notice when the news abou the litigastion first broke and Cahhill assuerd Exn shareholders that the case had no merit.  He may be right, legally speaking, but that is not the point. He is the company CEO and as such he should have taken all  necessary measures to minimize the litigation impact, including off court settlement and paying niusance money for the case to go away. Brenda failed to do that and now Exn is saddled with punitive litigation results.  Being right and acting in best interests of Exn  are two different things which I am sure he now  understands.  His lack of leadership in failing to minimize the litigation impact may be the last straw in Brendan's 9 year in the EXN reig. I think his records over the years speaks for itself and the basement share price of Excellon is a testament of that.

Excellon shareholders deserve better.
