Good old SHglitched away another post. I said glitch, not glizz.
We are definetely in the hands of market-makers and our team doesn't seem to want to do anything about it, or can't!
Best case scenario is that there is an offer coming or worst case, interested beneficiaries are trying to tank us and run away with bottling facility, IP, recipes and licenses.
I have been victimized before as an investor with an investment where big money came in on a downtick and grabbed up enough shares to lock up progress to a dead halt. The shareholders couldn't see any hope and salvaged pennies until the stock was virtually tanked.
Low and behold all of a sudden the acquisitors swooped in and doubled the offer to take control of the listing. They also got IP, a pharmaceutical plant and took it private as soon as they gatherred the shares.
I believe that it is a thriving enterprise today with some well paid instigators and management who were ok with fockin' over the shareholders that built the company.
I guess that is how they amass all of that big money in the first place. No honour amongst thieves, |I guess!
What is happening here is reminiscent of what happened with Blackberry under Thorstein Heinz. It was pretty evident that Fairfax bought him in to tank Blackberry but John Chen got a chance to save the patient, and did just that! Fairfax was sitting there with a pocket full of cash to do the sleight of hand and steal the company from under the first run of shareholders.
Shareholders of Tinley deserve honest news and a serious effort from the hot shot team we have, end of story!
Interestingly enough, somebody mentioned Hexo as not doing well with their beverage efforts and I could add more to that list. Still need some lobbying and law changes to level the playing field with Beverage Alcohol such that we can be sold in the bar scene alongside every other type of drink that they can make a dollar with.
Steadily, States are changing, one at a time, to be allowed legal access to safe inspected cannabinoid infused products as well as au naturel for the die hard smokers.
It is pretty clear what the voters want in the US but it is moving along at the speed of politics.
I can hear Trump moaning about losing even though he could have put this on the ballot and got his 11,000 shares that he tried to force somebody's hand on.
We've got cash, beverage professionals, recipes, bottling facility and IP. Have we got the will?
