VMD: Insiders own about 16% and more facts These facts are for a couple of short-sighted and/or inexperienced posters who obviously have not done a serious dd and are not aware of VMD's key facts including insider ownership. Nevertheless, they post often here glossing over key facts such as:
1) Pristine balance sheet with a net cash position.
2) Low valuation on relative and absolute valuation analysis. Specifically, based on today's Enterprise Value (EV) of about $200 million, EV-to-Revenue is less than 2 times and EV--to-adj. EBITDA is less than 7 times!
3) VMD's dominant position in its segment. FYI, VMD is #3 biggest player in this segment of the healthcare sector.
4) Consistent profitability for so many quarters in a row.
5) Sequential and YoY growth amid significant continued headwinds (i.e. the negative impact of Coronavirus)
Meanwhile, they think that they know everything about VMD. Obviously, they are legends in their own minds.
On top of this, insiders own about 16%, according to the most recent filings. Therefore, they already have a significant stake in the company and their interests are fully aligned with shareholders'.
After all, I will tell a couple of clueless resident "gurus' of this board this:
EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU POST INACCURACIES AND/OR EXPRESS DISAPPOINTMENT AGAIN.
