Where have Zadar Ventures' uranium assets gone to?

Where have Zadar Ventures' uranium assets gone to?As we all know a merger has been taken place between ARApplied Technologies Inc. and Zadar Ventures recently. The latter company had a lot of precious uranium assets. Does anybody know where does uranium assets are?

Are those uranium resources still, directly or indirectly, in the hands of ARApplied Technologies Inc or were they split off as a result of the merger? 

And if split off, who is now in possession of those uranium deposits formerly held by Zadar Ventures?
