The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Re "what a sad story for the creditors" Are you guys insane. This is Genoil's management team. CE3 had no management team seperate from Genoil. What about feeling sorry for the equity holders. Beau writes off $20,000,000. You sorry equity holders lose 80 cents a share - a 88% loss. Give me a break you guys. You spout conspiracy theory. Read my lips, this management team has screwed you once over and will do it again. Why dont you play this stock like prudent investors - buy and sell, buy and sell, buy and sell. If the story ends up good you will make off like bandits all the way through.
