I have no doubt that DIGI is dealing with experienced listing lawyers, and so they are fully aware of nasdaq listing requirements. Look at the big jump in Hut 8 once it went on Nasdaq. I have another stock cannabis that is at 1.54 and still on Nasdaq.....cannabis stocks have been trampled on.
