Some shareholders says UEX lag on the upside when all uranium stocks are going up and overperform  or outperform on the downside when all uranium stocks are going down, &  they attribute this to 72+ million shares being given to Sprott  on the cheap, instead of doing the pp at fair value of 50+ cents a share, good point well taken.
