RE:Newlox Related Official Admits to Cyanide UseNewloxlurker wrote: Let's review the controversial issues and facts surrounding this debate:
- FACT - Newlox is using cyanide in Costa Rica, as evidenced by the admission of Prof. Veiga and many posts on SH,
- FACT - The company is obviously positioning itself as a green and eco-friendly miner, which by most, would be contrary to its cyanide-related mining practices,
- FACT - Newlox and has never revealed its cyanide use in any literature or interviews, a lie by omission of material facts, is still a lie,
- FACT - Newlox acknowledged and disclosed that cyanide is not allowed in Costa Rica, in their own 2015 report,
- FACT - Newlox has no cyanide-based environmental impact study, or any related results disclosed or filed with SEDAR,
- FACT – Newlox has never disclosed “cyanide-based” gold recoveries in any of its continued results of operations or disclosure.
These are all facts and, as such, cannot be disputed. Their existence can only be concealed or camouflaged by dubious individuals with ulterior motives.
Fact - I don't care about this information!
Fact - Your a one tune instrument.
Fact - If you were onto something it would be further along than one person making a company specific ID on a message board and posting to retail investors.
I'm very much over this conversation, if you have an issue bring them to a legal filing against the company. That will get you all the proof and info you need when you go through that proceeding. Other than the minor debate that you have no support on, seems like no one else cares either. I encourage you to take this higher, like to management yourself or Costa Rican Regulators and share those findings with all of... yourself. I also encourage you to taste some of the cyanide you speak of, don't knock it till you try it!
Lets move on to the useful future information of this company, hopefully we see some decent upward movement in gold production from the first unit over the quarter with the upgrades and maybe get a note that some production has happened with Boston. I don't think we will see anything significant from Boston until next quarter or 6 months from now. Hopefully by that time we have some movement on construction of unit 3 happening.
I kinda like that the gold price has held/regressed while we get up to speed as it seems like gold/silver want to break out again, I wouldn't hold gold to wait, but I like the producers and thier future.
