BHP will need 50% OF THE SHARES THEY CURRENTLY DO NOT OWN. And Management's 10% DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS THAT 50%.

Small shareholders have been so vital, that BHP have been literally calling them and asking for their shares. It's obvious that retail was not tendering at .75 and so here we are, BHP is attempting a different tactic.

Even if Wyloo tenders, BHP will need a substantial amount of retail to tender their shares to them. And 75 cents is obviously not good enough.
