If it wasn't leaked that's even better as we have been running up to earnings possibly which is a good sign then throw this news on top even better. The timing of the rally and then news is a little suspect though especially considering the past couple times it rallied.

Nobody can claim this isnt a positive development. A couple of things to consider regarding the interesting timing:

1. There could be a follow-up order NR that is coming tomorrow and they needed to precede it with this news.
2. There could be an announcement forthcoming about Nasdaq - Remember Kurt said they would pursue this once they had a bigger operational footprint in the US.
3. They could also have wanted to catch shorts by providing a ramp up into a re-transmission tomorrow and not allowing an orchestrated bear attach.. not likely but possible. 
4. Lastly they are hoping to get new analyst price targets out to the field ahead of Q3 earnings, so they can get another re-rate by exceeding guidance.

Just some food for thought.
