Darin is not going to leave on his own because he has O'Dea in his back pocket, he has no accountability, he is a third rate geologist, he is not a leader, he is grossly over compensated,he is allowed to work off site. Again, I cannot imagine the gross mismanagement that Ms Belanger is uncovering at the worksite. The cancer is all current mgmt wether it is financial or operational related. The cancer is believing that Madsen can be managed by Zoom calls wether it mine operations or exploration. It is a complete mess but Ms Belanger will straighten it out in short order if she is allowed to.
