Arcelor Mittal needs about 350 torches at their Quebec Facilities base on past comment from Peter on Client A, B adn C.

Next two years, I estimate that they will order 140 torches. Let us wait and see if I am correct. Based on budget amount from Arcelor Mittal, I am close or near ball park on my estimate.
