Keyera's net-of-inflation dividend CAGR is 2% over the past few years.
Algonquin's net-of-inflation dividend CAGR is 8% over the past few years (USD).

AQN's constant-dollar dividend growth has massively outperformed the other two.

I recently swapped my GEI for TRP precisely because GEI's current dividend policy is, while their DCF has been growing 16% per year, to limit dividend increases to 3% per year.

Keyera's last dividend increase was more than two years ago.

You might do well to reconsider how you assess and compare dividend performance.
