Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). It is continuing its legacy business of manufacturing and selling certain proprietary reagents. It develops, produces and markets recombinant proteins, antibodies and calibrators. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

It’s not about why it’s not done

It's about the lack of respect to be updated on a timely fashion. It's simple business etiquette. As simple as opening a door for a lady or getting up for an elderly person. I completely fail to understand how someone could take 10 million dollars from investors and than be so arrogant as to not think it's important enough to let these people know what's going on. How does that happen?
