Why bother sucking up the $18,000,000?  The land is leased. Mel owns that, right??
The only thing this enterprise has of any value is a couple connections in Germany, a weak Brand, and the IP related to the production of bath bombs.

Wait 'til after it defaults then pick up pieces that warrant salvaging, if anything does.

Just another 'bombed' cannabis stock.
